We still encourage you to pre-order, as this will give you access to the special pre-order line. More importantly, if you booked the Jet Boat, you will need to call 1-800-438-4444 to book your time slot. Please mention that you purchased through Chabad. You will also need to pick up a hard copy of your voucher from Chabad to present at the Jet Boats upon arrival. Be sure to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled time.
