Refund Policy

To cancel your reservation, please send an email to Tickets@JewishNiagara.com. Be sure to include your confirmation number, booking date, and full name. Please note that voicemail cancellations will not be accepted. Refund Policy: Cancellations received before Yom Kippur (October 11) will receive a 95% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or bookings made after October 11. If your cancellation is due to a family emergency or unforeseen circumstances after October 11, we advise you to consult your travel insurance for coverage.
